A: we recommend taking your jewelry off when bathing, exercising and while in contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hairspray etc...

DO wear your jewelry last

DO lay your jewelry out flat to avoid scratching and tangling

DO clasp your jewelry when removing it to avoid tangles and knots

Seven Steps is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry

Q: How do I clean my Seven Steps jewelry?

A: gold is tarnish resistant however it can still get dirty and smudgy. we recommend you clean the gold with a few drops of dish soap and a soft brush. rinse with clean water and lightly dry with a soft cloth

Q: Is there sales tax

A: sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in new jersey 

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?

A: sevenstepsjewelry.com will charge your credit card in the full amount when the order is placed

Q: How will I know the status of my order?

A: you will receive emails from sevenstepsjewelry.com as your order is confirmed, processed and on its way to you

Q: Cancel or change an order?

A: we start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so many times we are unable to cancel or change the order after it has been placed and confirmed.  

Q: What if we have a special request on an item we are ordering?
